Personalized travel planning

Your next trip,
designed like it
matters. Because it does.

I’m Erica — an independent travel advisor who builds trips around the people taking them, not a template. From the first phone call to the last transfer home, you get one point of contact and an itinerary that actually fits.

The advisor

Hi, I’m Erica.

I didn’t become a travel advisor simply because I love to travel. Most people love to travel. But it’s deeper than that for me. As a clinical social worker who thrives on helping others, I’ve always been drawn to understanding people — what matters to them, what brings them joy. Travel became a natural extension of that work. It’s another way of supporting people through meaningful experiences and helping them feel cared for.

Designing a trip isn’t just logistics to me (although I love organizing every little detail); it’s a form of service. It’s listening closely and translating someone’s hopes into an itinerary made just for them. It’s about creating moments, not checking items off a list.

That’s why I do this — because thoughtful travel can be life-changing, and I love being the person who helps make that transformation possible.

What I plan

Trips built around you,
not a brochure.

01

Honeymoons & anniversaries

Multi-stop itineraries built around the moments you want to remember at seventy — private dinners, the right room on the right night, and enough breathing room to actually be on your honeymoon.

02

Milestone & family trips

Fortieth birthdays, retirement send-offs, three generations under one villa roof. I coordinate the logistics so the only decision left for you is which chair by the pool.

03

Solo reset journeys

For the traveler who wants to disappear for a while — a slow itinerary with room for detours, vetted for safety and solitude in equal measure.

04

Small group getaways

Girls’ trips, reunion crews, friend groups of six to sixteen. One shared itinerary, individual preferences honored, zero group-chat chaos.

05

Large groups

Corporate retreats, wedding room blocks, sports team travel. Negotiated group rates, one rooming list I keep straight, and a single point of contact for everyone who needs an answer.

Recently mapped

A few places worth
getting lost in.

Italy

Amalfi Coast

Cliffside lemon groves and a boat day to Positano booked before the crowds wake up.

Japan

Kyoto

Machiya guesthouses tucked off the main streets, timed to the maple or cherry blossom window.

Turks & Caicos

Providenciales

Grace Bay quiet, private-chef dinners on the sand, zero all-inclusive buffet lines.

Iceland

Reykjavík

Ring road self-drive with a hot spring itinerary and a standing alert for the aurora forecast.

How it works

From first call to touchdown.

1

Discovery call

Thirty minutes on the phone about pace, budget, must-sees, and the trip you’re actually trying to have.

2

Custom proposal

A day-by-day itinerary with real hotel options and pricing — usually within a week, always with room to revise.

3

Booking & logistics

Flights, transfers, reservations, and the fine print, all handled and confirmed before you pack a bag.

4

In-trip support

A direct line to me while you’re traveling — delayed flight, closed restaurant, sudden change of plans, handled in real time.

Every review I’ve received lives on my Fora profile, written by the travelers themselves. Have a read before we talk — then tell me where you want to go.
